Terms of service

Terms and conditions.

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Acceptance

These terms are a binding agreement between you and Webbbly ("Webbbly", "we", "us"). By requesting an audit, booking a call, signing a proposal, or using this website, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

Webbbly is a web design studio. We design, write, build, host, and maintain websites for businesses. The exact scope of your project, including pages, features, timelines, and care plan, is set out in the proposal you accept before work begins.

3. Your project

Projects move at the speed of feedback. You agree to provide the materials we reasonably need (logos, photos, business details, account access where relevant) and to review work within a reasonable time. Delays on your side may shift the timeline but never the quality.

4. Fees and billing

Project work is billed as one flat fee, agreed up front in your proposal. Ongoing care plans are billed monthly or yearly, recur automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime with pro-rated effect. We do not bill by the hour and there are no surprise invoices.

5. Acceptable use

Don't ask us to build or host anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful, and don't use a site we operate for spam or infringement of other people's rights. We may decline or discontinue work that crosses those lines.

6. Your content and data

You keep ownership of everything you give us: your brand, logos, photos, and copy about your business. Once your project is paid in full, you own your finished website. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates, and processes used to build it.

7. Portfolio

We may show finished work in our portfolio and marketing, with a credit to your business. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we won't.

8. Third-party services

Websites depend on services we don't operate: hosting infrastructure, domain registrars, Google services, booking and email tools. If one of them changes or has an outage, we'll do our best to keep things working, but we aren't responsible for their downtime or decisions.

9. Termination

You can cancel a care plan anytime. Either party can end a project engagement in writing; you pay for work completed to date and receive the deliverables that payment covers. We can suspend or end services for violations of these terms, with notice unless the violation is severe.

10. Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
